Pointr is committed to providing a suite of products that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor or other impairments, regardless of technology or ability. We want anyone who uses our products and services to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. We are committed to continually improving the experience for everyone by and applying the relevant standards.
Objectives
The following key objectives for company business processes and activities help ensure that Pointr products and services provide digital accessibility for individuals with impairments:

What compliance are we trying to achieve?
To help us make Pointr website and products positive experiences for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. WCAG is the international standard guideline that explains how to make web content more accessible to individuals with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.
The WCAG guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We've chosen Level AA compliance as a target. At this moment, our products and website are partially conformant and we are committed to improving conformance in future releases. (Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.)
How are we doing in terms of compliance?
We are working hard on Pointr products and our website and committed to Level AA accessibility to the maximum extent. At this moment, our products and website are partially conformant and we are committed to improving conformance in future releases. We regularly monitor our website and products to achieve and maintain accessibility, but users may experience some issues despite our best efforts. While we continue to work towards ensuring accessibility of our company website and products, we invite feedback from visitors on how accessibility can be improved.
